Social Media and Community Management Internship

Do you love Dance Music and are you on Instagram and TikTok more often than not? Can you video-edit and see online storytelling as an art form? And do you want to gain experience in the music industry at a globally operating record label? Well great! Then this internship is for you!

During your internship you will be actively involved in:

• Helping build the community channels for Armada Music and A State of Trance and ensuring cross promotion with all our artists and labels;
• Researching developments and implementing innovations around community management and social media, such as new platforms, new technologies, or tactics;
• Supporting the Community Managers with creation of content and placements on social platforms of Armada Music and its sub-labels;
• Making, analyzing, and optimizing social media activities and coming up with creative ideas;
• Being responsible for building the brand's community by engaging with comments and users on the Armada Music platforms, as well as interacting with relevant pages to bring traction to our own social media channels.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• You are a second, third, or fourth year student in Marketing, Communication, Media, or Creative Business Management;
• You have an unbridled interest in new developments in the field of community management and social media;
• You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing;
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, video editing (Premier), and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook);
• You have a proactive attitude and are able to work independently and accurately;
• Knowledge of Dance music is a plus;
• You preferably live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam;
• You are available from February 2026, can do a full-time internship, and will be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole internship duration.
