What You’ll Do

  • Own your territory — engage proactively with existing customers in your territory and inbound leads, and find new opportunities to help your region grow
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, using solution- and value-based selling techniques (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for new business, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver the best customer experience, including technical experts and leadership
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients
  • Track progress and pipeline through Salesforce CRM, providing accurate forecasts and insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales (BDR, SDR, or Account Executive) within Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS
  • A track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience
  • Consultative selling skills—and ideally MEDDPICC—you ask great questions, listen deeply, and provide value-based solutions
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • A growth mindset—hungry to learn, adaptable, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • A passion for working in diverse, international, and collaborative environments
