About the role

PIM Product Owner will master product data models and ensure On-Time-In-Full Product content feeds delivery to digital touchpoints such as eCommerce, Experience mobile apps, and marketplaces. You will be working closely with the technical team to deliver seamless PIM integrations in the digital content landscape and build a PIM solution that scales and brings tangible business value.

The impact you’ll make

Champion Product Data Excellence:

  • Ensure the PIM system provides a single source of truth for accurate and consistent product information that consumers trust and depend on, such as descriptions, images, documents, and other marketing product content.

Accelerate Time-to-Market:

  • Streamline product information workflows to reduce time-to-market for new product launches, localization, and updates across the business's online and physical channels.

Drive System Optimization and Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the system's functionality, usability, and scalability through collaboration with stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams.

Enable Omni-Channel Success:

  • Ensure product data is optimized for delivery across multiple channels, including ecommerce sites, marketplaces, and retailer portals.

Support Compliance and Data Accuracy:

  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure that product information aligns with compliance standards across markets, industries, and geographies.

Empower Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Establish clear processes and workflows to enable Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to manage product data efficiently while freeing up time for strategic initiatives.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in Digital Marketing with emphasis on Digital Product Content tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to empower teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain PIM systems in a complex landscape.
  • Proven track record of using data insights to drive business decisions, particularly in optimizing systems and improving user engagement and value.
  • Proficient in tracking and validating content feeds and data flows across multiple integrated systems and operating models.
  • Experienced Agile practitioner, agnostic to technical stack, able to inspire and support technical teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using development management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar to manage backlogs, epics, and sprints collaboratively.
