About this role
As Head of Operations, you are a member of the Management Team and will be responsible for 1st line operations. These operations are outsourced to JET under an intra-group service level agreement (SLA). Your job is to manage this SLA with all different stakeholders, while also ensuring that the required knowledge and understanding of financial regulations is maintained.
You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and contribute to or take responsibility for multiple projects and implementations such as PSD3 and DORA. This is a broad role with significant room to shape the position of TP and its operations.
You will report to the Management Board and have an independent say during Management Team meetings.
