Head of Sourcing BeNeLux

As Head of Sourcing, you are responsible for developing and executing our global and cluster sourcing strategy. You will lead an ambitious, high-performing procurement team, optimize processes, and build sustainable supplier relationships within our indirect spend categories. As a crucial sparring partner for senior management and key stakeholders, you play a key role in supporting our growth initiatives and connecting the dots across the organization.

How you create impact

• Develop and implement forward-looking sourcing strategies that deliver value
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
• Negotiate complex contracts and framework agreements
• Identify market trends and strategic cost-saving opportunities
• Initiate cost-saving projects and process optimizations
• Report on KPIs and strategic insights to management
• Act as a change leader within transformation projects

What we would like you to bring

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, including several years in a leadership role
• Experience in sourcing for key categories such as IT, automation, warehouse equipment, and facilities is essential; familiarity with logistics and production environments is a valuable plus
• Strategic insight, analytical ability, and proven leadership potential
• Experience in the Benelux market and familiarity with local sourcing practices and supplier networks is a strong asset
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement software (S2P), and data tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch language skills are highly valued
