Lead the Bravo Team in Technology Operations

What are you going to do?

As the Team Lead for Bravo Team within the Technology Operations department, you will play a key role in our operations, using your broad engineering knowledge to contribute to platform automation, development, and stability. You will manage a team specializing in VMware, AWS, Networking, and Linux, while working closely with the Product Owner for Cloud Solutions to map out and execute the team's strategy.

• Manage a team of 10 engineers on both technical and HR levels.
• Work with the Product Owner for Cloud Solutions to define and execute team strategy.
• Meet with team members and a coach every eight weeks for development.
• Collaborate with Alpha and Charlie teams to form the Technology Operations department.
• Help ensure our platforms serve customers with exceptional service, aligning with Triple’s mission to impress.

The team

The TechOps department at Triple consists of around 40 engineers and plays a key role in the organization, with a focus on growing AWS competency. As a team lead, you will guide both the team as a whole and individuals through this growth, working closely with the Service Coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

While you aren’t expected to know everything, you are expected to have a vision and be open to discussions and new ideas. The team values both fun and personal development, with social activities like going to the cinema or lunching together, and opportunities for growth through courses, trade fairs, and technical events.

What do you bring with you?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and thinking level.
• Leadership experience (for example as a Senior Engineer, Team Lead, or Project Manager).
• A passion for DevOps automation.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS, specifically CloudFormation, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience with AWS automation and CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodeX and Azure DevOps).
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Dutch.
