Supply Chain Internship: Activity & Projects Management

In this internship, you will be part of the Global SN 3rd Parties S&OP team, within our Supply Chain category. Our purpose is to ensure consistent mid- to long-term planning and foster strong collaboration between external factories and Danone’s internal Sales Units.

Main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate artwork process from start to completion with the relevant stakeholders.
• Build and monitor phase-in/phase-out scenarios for new project launches.
• Maintain tools to ensure optimal cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales Unit to ensure master data accuracy in the system.

About you

As an Activity & Projects Management Intern, managing multiple tasks and coordinating across teams will be second nature to you. You are skilled at Microsoft Excel, and it is a plus to have knowledge about Power BI. You can prioritize effectively and communicate clearly, even in a fast-paced environment. On top of that, you’re an organized and analytical person who’s always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You will be living in the Netherlands during the whole internship period, with a valid BSN number
• Ideally available to start in December for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office, at least 2 days per week.
