ASML’s Global Digital Transformation Engine (DTE) helps thousands of colleagues worldwide work smarter, more efficiently, and more securely with digital systems. Together with Ormit Talent, we offer you a two-year traineeship where you develop your talent and make a direct impact.

We are recruiting for two trainee roles within DTE:

  • Change Enabler/Ambassador – you drive digital transformation and help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.
  • Security Trainee – you strengthen ASML’s digital security and ensure colleagues can work safely in an increasingly complex environment.

About the Digital Transformation Engine (DTE)

The DTE ensures that ASML employees make optimal use of global IT applications and systems. The team bridges the gap between IT and the business, making digital transformation tangible and sustainable.

Together with your colleagues, you will work on projects ranging from implementing collaboration tools to strengthening cybersecurity. In doing so, you contribute to an organization that pushes boundaries in both technology and digitalization.

Your role as Change Enabler/Ambassador

As a Change Enabler, you ensure that digital solutions are not only built but also truly adopted.

What you will do:

  • Guide employees in the adoption of digital systems.
  • Work on change projects that enable more efficient collaboration.
  • Build bridges between IT teams, project managers, and end users.
  • Grow from Change Coordinator to Change Expert.

Your role as Security Trainee

As a Security Trainee, you help safeguard ASML’s digital security.

What you will do:

  • Support security initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Analyze risks and contribute to solutions that make ASML more secure.
  • Raise cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
  • Grow into a trusted sparring partner for teams and management.

About you

  • A completed master’s degree (preferably in business administration, change management, business development, IT, or (cyber)security).
  • Starter or young professional with up to three years of work experience.
  • Strong in communication and stakeholder management.
  • Affinity with digital systems and IT (Change: adoption & collaboration tools | Security: cybersecurity & risk management).
  • Curious, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Motivated to drive change and strengthen security at ASML.
