Picnic is looking for an early career Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven growth. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our experienced Acquisition team and contribute to exciting projects.

Tricks of the trade

• Assisting in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.
• Working with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.
• Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.

Your superpowers

• MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• 0 - 2 years of hands-on performance marketing or mobile app user acquisition experience
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics.
• Excellent in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights
• Eager to learn about Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong affinity in the mobile app industry
• Professional fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch, German or French is a plus
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
