About this role:

Sales Commercial Planning is an important in-country role that ensures better planning and execution of the Sales pillars in the Netherlands. With this focus in mind, the role supports better delivery of the local sales plan and representation of NL in Transversal JET projects.

This role executes cross pillar commercial planning activities—including organising sales events and partner promotion and visibility. It also ensures that insights from the commercial calendar are available to the organization in the Netherlands.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Support the Lead Sales Commercial Planner to execute the cross pillar support of Sales Commercial Planning.
  • Ensure partner promotions and visibility are scheduled by the sales team and captured in the commercial calendar to drive partner success.
  • Provide and support the Lead Sales Commercial Planner with sales data and analysis.
  • Coordinate and support internal Sales events (e.g. Sales Drumbeats).
  • Plan and organise events for both new and existing partners, such as regional/city events.
  • Coordinate ambassador representation across JET-wide departments to ensure efficient participation of the different sales departments.
  • Support process improvements and projects, for example by maintaining a centralized knowledge hub that captures best practices and keeps the sales wiki clean and accessible.
  • Provide key support in gatekeeping projects, and handle administrative tasks.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field, with a strong affinity for working in a sales or commercial environment.
  • Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week from our Amsterdam office.
  • Ability to act in an ever-changing environment and complex organisational structure.
  • A flexible, result- and solution-oriented, and creative way of operating.
  • Understanding of SalesForce.
  • Very good communication skills, fluent in Dutch and highly proficient in English (written & spoken).
  • Ownership, innovation, customer focus, getting it done, partnership, and responsibility.
