We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Job Description:

In the position of FedEx Operations Supervisor, you will support the Operations Manager by supervising a team of Warehouse staff and Drivers. You will help to maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost and service levels, with damages kept to a minimum. In this role you will support the Pickup & Delivery process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees are treated consistently and fairly and are motivated.
  • Initiate and perform actions needed to ensure that service levels are achieved.
  • Ensure that the team correctly understands goals and service objectives.
  • Ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
  • Ability to manage own and team's time effectively with attention to detail.
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Have a strong customer focus.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Excellent Dutch language skills (written and spoken).

A security screening is part of the selection process. Endorsement is a must have.
