About the Role:

As a Frontend/Mobile Engineer at Incision, you will be responsible for building seamless user experiences across both our web and mobile products. You will work with Angular and TypeScript on the web, and Flutter/Dart on mobile, ensuring consistency, performance, and reliability across platforms. You will collaborate closely with our UX Designer, Product Owners, and Backend Engineers to deliver features end-to-end, from design system alignment, through implementation, to testing and release. You will play a key role in shaping how surgical teams interact with our platform, making sure our tools are fast, intuitive, and secure. This is a great role for someone who loves crafting polished user interfaces, cares deeply about performance and accessibility, and enjoys the challenge of unifying web and mobile into a consistent product experience.

Your role:

• Architect and implement user-facing applications for both web (TypeScript & Angular) and mobile (Dart & Flutter).
• Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, performance, and release.
• Ensure consistency of UX, design system, and accessibility across platforms.
• Integrate frontend/mobile apps with backend APIs and AI-powered features.
• Optimize performance, debugging, and memory management across web and mobile.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in handling healthcare data.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support other engineers, raising the bar for frontend/mobile practices.

What You Bring 💪

• 6+ years of frontend/mobile engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Angular/TypeScript or Flutter/Dart, with solid experience in the other.
• Proven track record delivering production apps (web and/or mobile), with exposure to both platforms.
• Experience with API integration, authentication flows, and state management.
• Solid testing practices (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD for web and mobile.
• Experience optimizing app performance, debugging complex issues, and ensuring scalability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Great To Bring Along

• Experience with design systems (Figma, component libraries).
• Familiarity with app distribution (App Store, Play Store) and release automation.
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations and user-facing AI features.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated environments.
