About our Product Team

You’ll be joining our dynamic, international Product Team, a tight-knit group of innovators including 2 Product Owners, a Data Analyst, a Solution Architect, and an ambitious team of Software Engineers.

As our UX/UI Designer, you'll play a central role in turning complex problems into intuitive, beautiful solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the team and report directly to our Head of Product.

What you will do

• Be actively involved in all product development phases, from discovery through delivery and beyond
• Interact regularly with our users by visiting them, monitoring their behavior, and interviewing them
• Run usability testing and A/B testing to validate concepts and iterate based on evidence
• Translate captured insights, both qualitative and quantitative, into design choices
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts
• Implement AI into your workflows to be as effective as you can be
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product owners, to ensure the successful implementation of designs

What You Bring 💪

• A passion for making our users successful, a love for collaboration, and a drive to grow your professional career
• A start-up mentality and a desire to get things done
• Ability to own the full UX/UI lifecycle
• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
• Experience designing apps and web apps
• A proven track record of product design
• Include a portfolio of shipped products in the application
• Experience with the Figma suite, including setting up, maintaining, and growing a design system in Figma
• Outstanding communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Experience with Framer is a plus
