As an Associate in our Digital Infrastructure team, you’ll play a key role in executing and managing transactions across Europe, with a focus on data centers and fiber networks.

Are you an ambitious professional with 2–4 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, or infrastructure? At NIBC, we offer a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you can make a real impact. As an Associate, you’ll contribute to the origination, execution, and portfolio management of complex transactions, working closely with experienced colleagues in small, interdisciplinary teams.

  • Lead and support deal execution, including drafting transaction proposals, financial modeling, and coordinating internal approvals.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for existing clients.
  • Monitor transaction performance and contribute to active portfolio management.
  • Conduct in-depth company and sector analysis, with a focus on digital infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, KYC, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Actively contribute to team development and collaboration, sharing insights and supporting a culture of continuous learning.

What do you bring?

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, finance, business, law, or technology)
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in banking, private equity, corporate finance, or infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Commercial understanding, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
