People & Culture Projects Associate

This role is part of the People & Culture Projects and Facilities team, working alongside 4 associates under the guidance of the P&C Projects Manager Benelux. It supports the execution of P&C processes and projects across Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, People & Culture innovations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.

Position: People & Culture Processes Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for team requests related to: SAP and SuccessFactors overviews, organizational charts, and other operational support
  • Coordinate and maintain job descriptions, including publishing for employees
  • Coordinate and maintain P&C policies, including publishing for employees
  • Manage and safeguard the (digital) filing system
  • Structure and maintain shared drives and SharePoint site
  • Post general P&C-related announcements on Workplace (e.g. job postings, anniversaries, births)
  • Handle practical team tasks such as organizing meeting locations, maintaining Benelux team holiday planning

Talent Management Administration

  • Enroll employees in internal and external training programs
  • Maintain local training registration and budget file
  • Act as Driver Safety Training Coordinator (in collaboration with Business Partners and Fleet Manager)
  • Administer contracts related to training programs

Benelux P&C Projects Support

  • Operational support provided under the direction of the Projects Manager for:
    • Employee engagement initiatives (e.g. events, gifts, celebrations)
    • Innovation-related activities across EB, Wellbeing, DEI, and H&S, with a focus on promoting, strengthening, and enhancing these areas
    • Business Partner projects or overflow (e.g. recruitment, global mobility, employer branding)
    • Business Services projects or overflow (e.g. paylines, bonus rollouts, new benefits)

Requirements:

  • Higher level education (HBO) in an HR related field at a minimum
  • Proven experience in an HR-related role, with a strong grasp of operational workflows and administrative processes
  • Prior exposure to a multinational work environment is preferred
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch, proficient in English; French is a plus
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication and process coordination
