Gain Real-World Experience in Project Management and IT Operations

Are you a proactive and organized 3rd-year Business Administration/International Business student looking to gain real-world experience in project management and IT operations within a global organization? Join our IT Portfolio & Project Management team as an IT Project Support Intern! This internship will give you hands-on experience supporting international IT projects, working alongside experienced professionals, and contributing to meaningful business improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

You will support IT project and program managers in their day-to-day activities, help maintain project documentation and contribute to ongoing improvements in project governance and tools. You’ll also get exposure to stakeholder communication and analytics, with the opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Project Support:

• Assist IT Project Managers with documentation, planning, and coordination activities.
• Help maintain stage gate documentation and ensure completion of approval workflows.
• Contribute to the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Governance & Standardization:

• Support quality checks of project documentation.
• Learn how to ensure adherence to internal project management processes and templates.
• Assist in updating and standardizing project methodologies and templates.

Tools & Technology:

• Get trained on project management tools and contribute to data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with the use of tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI for report generation and dashboard creation.
• Support the training and onboarding of staff on tools and templates.

PMO and Portfolio Support:

• Support the Portfolio Director and Transformation Manager with analytics, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Help document and improve internal processes.
• Gain insights into project portfolio management and decision-making at a global scale.

Who are you?

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern who recognizes him/herself in the profile below:
• A 3rd-year bachelor’s student in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Interested in IT, project management, and process optimization.
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
• Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to learn and collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
