As a Finance-trainee, you’ll join a 2-year development program made up of three rotations of 8 months. Each rotation offers you a deep dive into a different part of our fast-growing finance organization. Areas you may explore include:

• Finance Operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
• Financial Control
• Internal Control & Risk
• ESG Reporting
• Treasury
• Tax
• Finance Transformation (incl. GenAI and other emerging technologies)
• Payroll

From day one, you’ll contribute to the objectives of the Finance team, work alongside experienced professionals and build the foundation for a meaningful career in Finance.

• You hold (or will hold) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (Administration), Economics or a related field by February 2026
• You are curious, analytical and ready to take initiative
• You enjoy working with data and collaborating in a team
• You are fluent in English
• You do not have more than 1 year of work experience
• You identify with Rituals’ culture
