About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR & Real Estate team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Real Estate operations within a dynamic, international business environment. As an intern, you will support a variety of projects, ranging from HR processes and employee engagement initiatives to workplace management and real estate projects, contributing to both people and workplace strategies.

The impact you’ll make:

Human Resources:

• Contribute to HR communication and process improvement.
• Participate in projects related to employee experience and culture.

Real Estate & Workplace:

• Assist in managing Versuni’s global real estate lease portfolio, tracking key dates and compliance requirements.
• Maintain lease documentation, ensuring accuracy in real estate data management systems.
• Support workplace initiatives (e.g., space planning, office optimization, sustainability projects).
• Support internal communication with workplace-related updates, newsletters, and announcements for employees.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of HRIS or data tools is a plus.
