Summary

This is how you make an impact

Together with your multidisciplinary team of 20–25 employees working in our state-of-the-art cleanroom, you are responsible for achieving the agreed production targets. Using data-driven analyses, you continuously optimize production processes. With your leadership and communication skills, you coach and train employees to achieve even better results. In short, you are a true modern team leader! In this role, you report directly to the Production Manager.

What you bring to the team

In this role, you play a key part in producing our complex and high-quality cable products.

To excel, we ask for the following:

• Bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent working/thinking level);
• Several years of experience in a leadership role;
• Proven affinity with technology;
• A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills;
• Ability to think across disciplines regarding the entire process, with experience in improving production processes;
• Knowledge of and experience with LEAN manufacturing is a plus;
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Your daily responsibilities include

• Leading and inspiring a motivated team;
• Continuously improving production processes and working methods;
• Being part of the Multidisciplinary Improvement Team, where you apply various LEAN principles to help your team work even more effectively and efficiently;
• Achieving agreed KPIs;
• Assigning staff to the right roles and onboarding new (flex) employees within the team;
• Providing input, carrying out evaluations, and leading development/improvement programs for (flex) employees in close cooperation with the Production Manager.
