As a Senior Product Owner Generative AI within our Technology Innovation team, you will be the strategic engine behind our digital products. You'll not only define the product vision and roadmap but also be responsible for further developing and shaping the Product Owner role within Pon. You'll drive the continuous improvement of groundbreaking (Gen)AI solutions and serve as the essential link between business and tech, actively promoting your products throughout the organization. Your goal is to elevate the digital maturity of leading brands and create measurable business value.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Develop and refine a clear short- and long-term vision and roadmap for our Gen AI products, in close collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders.
• Role Development: Based on your proven experience, further shape the Product Owner role at Pon and contribute to the maturity of the Product Owner community.
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in close collaboration with the Gen AI back-end developer and stakeholders from the Operating Companies (Opcos).
• Sprint Planning: Determine priorities and work with the Scrum Master, development team, and Opcos to prepare for sprints.
• Product Improvement: Prepare for sprint reviews, gather feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.
• Decision-Making: Make crucial decisions on functionalities, priorities, timelines, and make-or-buy decisions.
• Market Analysis: Analyze trends, adapt products, and proactively propose new Gen AI products that align with changing business needs and Gen AI developments.
• Community Building: Facilitate the Gen AI product community for knowledge sharing and reuse.
• Product Promotion: Promote your digital products within Pon for a faster time-to-market and broader adoption.

Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, collaboration with other teams, product stability and quality, and the realization of the digital roadmap.

Must-haves:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Relevant Experience: At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in a technology and/or data environment.
• Product Roadmap: Demonstrable experience designing both short- and long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders.
• Role Development: You are capable of further shaping and developing the Product Owner role at Pon based on your proven experience.
• Business to Digital Translation: Experience in translating business needs into digital product functionalities.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Affinity with New Technologies: Strong affinity for and understanding of Generative AI, including models like GPT, Gemini, and Claude.
• Gen AI Concepts: Understanding of Gen AI concepts (prompt engineering, multi-agent AI) and their application in practical business scenarios.
• You are a strong communicator in English (and Dutch is a plus).
• You live in the Netherlands.
