The role
You’ll head up a tight-knit team of 3, driving sales and standards across Progressive Manufacturing. You'll grow our ambassador network, keep performance sharp with tools like BYB, PACE and Blueprint, and set the pace for what great looks like. Hit the ground running, and you could step into ASTM within 6-12 months.

• Spot performance and business opportunities in the data - and act on them.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, providing consultative advice.
• Hit targets, open doors, and grow the business.
• Lead the team day-to-day, hire smart, and keep us compliant.
