Educational background:

Studying towards a bachelor's or master's degree in the following fields: HR management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related.

Your role:

Within the People Function, we are looking for a talented student to support our HR team for International Region.

As an intern you will grow your professional skills in the areas of process excellence, people analytics, project management, strategic workforce planning, and transformation. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about hr process improvement, project coordination, and data-driven people decisions. It offers a great variation and development opportunities which will enrich and support you in moving into the next phase of your career.

Your responsibilities:

HR process excellence & optimization:

  • Map, analyze, and document HR processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process standardization and compliance across regions

Project Management support:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to change management and communication efforts for HR transformation programs

HR Analytics & KPIs:

  • Collect and translate data insights to support strategic people decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, talent, engagement)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
