This = the job you are looking for

• You will be designing for Exact Online, our modern, cloud-based business software. You will be doing research, (re)designing, testing prototypes and ideas, then repeating this cycle until you get to a fantastic user-friendly experience for our users.
• And that's not all. We can rely on you as a Product designer to:
• Keep the customer’s needs at the heart of everything you do;
• Think creatively and challenge the status quo;
• Dive deep into complex processes with curiosity;
• Advocate for simple, effective solutions that balance user needs and business goals;
• Collaborate with and support fellow designers;
• Own the full design process—from ideation to testing;

You will be part of a UX team that includes a Product Design, Design System team and a UX Researcher. Our designers are enthusiastic, talented professionals who work closely together and support each other to achieve the best outcome. They are always there to advocate for the users and help build solutions that our users need and enjoy using. Besides that, you will be working closely with Product owners, development teams, internal stakeholders AND most importantly our users to ensure your work has real impact.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of UX Designer in the UX team, it’s helpful if you have good communication and presentation skills. And thrive to learn and try new approaches and ideas. What’s more, you bring:

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX Design;
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills;
• A relevant degree;
• Strong relationship-building skills and openness to feedback;
• Up-to-date knowledge of web technologies and cloud awareness;
• Experience in Mobile design is an advantage;
• Experience in Figma is an advantage.
