At Sana Commerce we're committed to an inclusive environment and recognize that our diverse workforce is one of our greatest strengths.

It all started in 2007, with a pizza and a plan. Sana Commerce is an e-commerce platform designed to help manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers succeed by fostering lasting relationships with customers who depend on them. We’re a fast-growing SaaS company that allows you to take ownership of your career.

At Sana Commerce, we’re on a mission to help B2B sellers grow better relationships with their buyers through frictionless digital commerce. A key part of that mission is Connectivity - helping customers seamlessly integrate their core systems (like ERP, CRM, CPQ, WMS, and more) with our platform.

As our Technical Product Manager Connectivity, you'll lead the evolution of Sana’s integration capabilities—focused on the core master data domains that power digital commerce, like: customers, products, orders, inventory, and pricing.

Our customers don’t just need a storefront - they need a platform that fits into their IT landscape. This role sits at the heart of that promise. By delivering plug-and-play integrations with key systems of record (like ERP, CRM, or WMS), you’ll directly impact go-live speed, data quality, and long-term platform scalability.

If you’re passionate about turning messy backend complexity into clean, commerce-ready connections - we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the master data integration roadmap. Define and drive the strategy for how we ingest and sync customer, product, order, inventory, and pricing data into Sana’s commerce platform.
  • Map to Sana’s core modules. Ensure external data (from ERP, CRM, CPQ, PIM, WMS, etc.) is normalized and connected to Sana modules like Customer Accounts, Product Catalog, Pricing Engine, and Order Management.
  • Accelerate time-to-value. Build and prioritize connectors that enable faster onboarding for customers, with minimal manual setup.
  • Expand the ecosystem. Launch and maintain composable, prebuilt integrations beyond ERP - supporting the systems that manufacturers and distributors rely on to manage their master data.
  • Make integrations smarter. Develop tools and features that make setting up and maintaining integrations easier—think retry logic, monitoring dashboards, and guided setup flows.
  • Bridge business and tech. Work with Engineering, Architecture, Partners, Prospects, Customers, and Customer Success to bring integrations to life.
  • Champion the user. Understand the needs of our store admins, shop managers, and buyers, and build solutions that solve their real-world problems.
  • Show the world. Share the product vision and roadmap through internal sessions, customer webinars, and partner events.
  • Measure and learn. Track the success of integrations using clear metrics and improve based on real usage data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management
  • 3+ years working with integration domains like CRM, CPQ, PIM, WMS, etc.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS, middleware, and integration architecture
  • Experience translating business processes into product requirements
  • Ability to work across time zones with global teams (Sri Lanka, UAE, Ukraine, NL, US)
  • Bonus: B2B e-commerce experience

What you'll get:

  • A hybrid working model - 3 days from the office, 2 days from home;
  • Up to 6 weeks “work from anywhere” per year;
  • A global and customized team onboarding program (9.1/10 rated by previous new hires);
  • Tuesday and Thursday lunch on us (toasties, sandwiches, salads).

What’s in it for you?

  • Personal development. We believe that as our company grows, our people should be able to grow with us. We value learning and development opportunities for all our employees. So, from learning on the job to trainings and coaching, it’s all there. Together with your manager you are in charge of your own personal growth.

  • Onboarding and buddy program. It’s always quite new and exciting to start your next adventure. We value a strong onboarding. You will be joining our general onboarding, will be introduced to a buddy and will get a role specific onboarding as well.

  • Entrepreneurial environment. We are a fast-growing international scale-up organization in software. We encourage initiatives and ideas from our people. We like to accomplish things together as a team.

  • Health and well-being. We believe that every employee should be at their best. So, we like to help a little bit with that, physically and mentally. In our offices we have fresh fruits available, we offer weekly bootcamp sessions and we offer several workshops focused on health and wellbeing for our people.

  • Extra benefits: We offer flexible working hours, Friday afternoon drinks in our very own bar (bi-monthly themed versions of this including dinner), table tennis, monthly chair massages, Wednesdays toastie lunch and many more.
