Help bring the voice of the consumer to life through data.

Are you passionate about working with complex datasets and transforming them into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions to deliver against consumers’ expectations? Join our Consumer Care & Insights (CCI) team, part of our global Marketing organization, and play a pivotal role in championing consumer obsession across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Technical Ownership

  • Serve as the go-to expert for VoC data management, owning the collection, structuring, and analysis of consumer feedback from diverse touchpoints including Ratings & Reviews, Social Media, Contact Center tickets, Returns, Repair & Exchange logs, Cashout, Sales, and NPS Surveys.
  • Conduct advanced data analyses using tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Excel, and PowerPoint to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Transform large datasets into accessible, structured outputs to support prescriptive and predictive modelling along with leveraging AI.

Dashboard Development & Automation

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that are visually engaging, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Build automated data pipelines and reporting solutions to reduce manual workload and ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance.
  • Enable end-user accessibility through data governance and intuitive design, ensuring dashboards are easy to use and interpret.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Be a business partner within cross-functional project teams including Marketing, Product, Innovation, and Quality, to address strategic questions and support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate to prepare and deliver datasets that align with analytical needs, enabling the team to focus on extracting insights and recommendations.
  • Lead the design of repeatable, scalable analytical frameworks and synthesize insights that influence strategic roadmaps.

Data Storytelling & Consumer Advocacy

  • Employ data-driven storytelling and compelling data visualizations to bring insights to life and drive action across the organization.
  • Champion a consumer-centric culture by embedding VoC insights throughout the product lifecycle, from design to post-purchase experience.
  • Infuse digital best practices across tools and processes, enhancing the technical architecture and driving continuous improvement.

Governance & Capability Building

  • Promote data democratization through leader-led training, increasing data transparency and autonomy across teams.
  • Establish and uphold data governance standards to support long-term data quality, accessibility, and strategic alignment.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related data-driven marketing role.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI (a key requirement), statistical and programing tools (such as R, Python, or SQL), the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and ideally in AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with databricks, SAP datasphere and SAP analytics cloud is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills the ability to juggle multiple projects with precision.
  • Comfortable working independently to solve data problems, build reporting solutions, and ensure data consistency.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
