As the Data Program Manager, you’re the driving force behind our data structure, vision, and collaboration within LO. You connect people, processes, and platforms, ensuring data is used to its fullest potential—by everyone.

What you'll do as Data Program Manager LO

You’re responsible for developing and implementing Logistics Operations’ data strategy. You’ll create a long-term vision for the LO data domain, including the data skills LO requires. And a vision by itself won’t accomplish much. You’ll also establish a program to realize this vision, bringing everyone along on the journey and ensuring progress toward our implementation goals.

Beyond vision, you’re also the driving force behind defining and upholding LO-wide standards for handling data. What data do we require, how do we transform it, and how do we eventually present it in dashboards and reporting?

You are the link between the centralized bol.com data community and LO teams. You foster meaningful collaboration between data & excellence analysts within LO and prioritize data-intensive LO-wide projects. You’re a sparring partner, consultant, and program manager all rolled into one. Concretely, this means you:

• Develop a long-term LO data vision, including the necessary data skills per team
• Set up a program to execute this vision and drive transformation
• Develop standards for data retrieval, transformation, reporting, and usage
• Ensure implementation of the data governance framework within LO
• Develop standards and working methods for data retrieval, transformation, reporting, and analysis within LO
• Manage and further develop the LO KPI structure and dashboards
• Streamline collaboration with other bol data teams
• Prioritize and guide LO-wide data initiatives
• Help colleagues with complex analyses and modeling when they need assistance
• Build a fully fledged LO data community

Where you'll work

You’ll join the Program Office of Logistics Operations, a small but strategic team working on LO-wide innovation. You’ll work closely with fellow program managers (including ESG and innovation), a medior data analyst, and report to the Head of Program Office LO. You’ll collaborate with data and excellence analysts within LO, product teams, central data departments, and the operational teams. Together, you’ll build a future-proof, data-driven logistics operation.
