About this role:
As the Memberships Program Manager, you will drive the operational excellence of our global memberships program. Your goal is to support JET+ becoming the preferred local membership program for customers in our key markets.
Working with the Director of Memberships and senior key stakeholders, you'll coordinate cross-functional activities, facilitate knowledge sharing between established and emerging markets, and support consistent local execution of our membership strategies. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership as you'll regularly present insights and performance updates.
