Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative who is seeking a varied position in the internal sales department. You will be based in De Lier, Netherlands (near The Hague and Rotterdam) and work in a dedicated team where you can take on various tasks related to the order intake of our customers.

About the Position:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for our (potential) customers, via phone and email. You are also responsible, together with our Outside Sales Representatives, for acquiring potential customers. You assess and handle all incoming leads and are responsible for the entire sales process for our smaller leads, from initial customer contact to guiding the (potential) customers and preparing quotes.

You are enthusiastic about digitalization, and you engage our (potential) customers in the world of Stora Enso. Your enthusiasm convinces them to start a collaboration with us. As our Inside Sales Representative, you work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives and subsidiaries (wholesalers) in our Business Unit to ensure proper follow-up and, of course, you do everything to ensure that the deal is ultimately closed. A true commercial position where you get the space to learn and directly contribute to the (international) growth of Stora Enso!

Who are we looking for?

We expect you to have a bachelor's degree and to be fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal). You enjoy exploring through your expertise and enthusiasm and you easily establish collaborations. You are a recent graduate or have some commercial experience and are looking for a dynamic working environment with varied work activities. In this role, you must be verbally strong, have good will on the phone, and be able to connect the right colleagues based on customer needs. You will also have the opportunity to grow into other positions within Stora Enso.

You are involved and dedicated, and your work is structured, thorough, and shows business insight. You thrive in a fast-changing environment and meet deadlines. You also have a great ability to build sustainable, long-term relationships with customers and our internal stakeholders. You find it easy and enjoyable to collaborate, both with colleagues and with customers, and you have clear and effective communication skills. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
