As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring robust configuration control across all project phases, from requirements analysis to final delivery. You will manage engineering data and support project teams through efficient use of Windchill, aligned with CM-2 methodology.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage configuration processes according to CM-2 standards and internal quality requirements.
• Administer and maintain Windchill PLM systems to ensure accurate control of configuration data.
• Oversee BOM (EBOM/MBOM) management and ensure consistency across design and production environments.
• Coordinate and manage change requests, ensuring traceability and compliance with project objectives.
• Participate in requirements analysis, ensuring clear traceability from system requirements through to product realization.
• Facilitate stakeholder management by acting as the main interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project teams.

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Solid experience (3+ years) in configuration management.
• Strong expertise in Windchill PLM and experience with Creo CAD software.
• Knowledge of CM-2 methodology and configuration management best practices.
• Understanding of BOM structures (EBOM/MBOM) and their role in product lifecycle.
• Experience in processing and managing change requests (CR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Dutch speaking preferred; English fluency required.
