To make that happen online, we’re looking for a Product Owner for Rituals.com who shares this vision. You’ll play a key role in our digital transformation journey – shaping our product development, guiding other product owners, and building capabilities that delight our customers and empower our teams.

As a Product Owner, you will own the strategy and roadmap for your digital product area and bring it to life together with your team. Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you’ll partner closely with product designers, engineers, analysts and testers – a true cross-functional squad – to solve real customer problems while delivering business value.

You’ll create an environment where your team is driven by impact over output, always keeping the focus on what matters most for our customers. Your expertise in dual track agile and product-led thinking will help us accelerate discovery, experiment smarter, and scale our digital experience.

In this role you will:

  • Shape and deliver the product roadmap for your customer journey area, always balancing business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate within the triangle of Product, UX and Engineering to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Lead continuous discovery through rapid prototyping, user testing, and data insights.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, translating complex requirements into clear user stories and measurable outcomes.
  • Validate ideas early through experiments and deliver only what truly creates value.
  • Use analytics to track impact, measure success, and inform decisions.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset across the team and the wider organization.

We think you’ll be successful if you bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Owner or Product Manager roles.
  • Proven success in organizations moving towards a product-led operating model.
  • Expert knowledge of dual track agile and continuous discovery practices.
  • A data-informed mindset, defining and tracking the right metrics to steer your product.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – you know how to align, influence, and inspire.
  • Familiarity with Marty Cagan’s principles from Inspired and Empowered and the HEART metrics framework.
  • Experience working with OKRs and modern product discovery techniques.
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity while keeping focus on outcomes over outputs.

While flexible working is available, this role requires a strong on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and build connections effectively. This role is based in Amsterdam at our Central Head Office. You’ll primarily work onsite.
