About the role

We’re looking for a structured and proactive working student to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll help us make every onboarding and offboarding experience smooth and human, provide support in managing open applications and lend a hand in day-to-day People & Culture admin tasks. You’ll help ensure our HR systems are accurate and complete and you may also support our team in improvements or transitions related to those systems.

You’ll be working closely with the Head of People & Culture, gaining hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and international environment. It’s a role that offers meaningful work, exposure to a wide range of people topics and a great learning opportunity for someone who enjoys detail, structure and being helpful behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• ✅ Support onboarding and offboarding of team members
• ✅ Support HR admin tasks such as contracts, checklists and registrations
• ✅ Assist in processing open job applications
• ✅ Help streamline People & Culture processes, including updating our manual
• ✅ Contribute to a smooth and positive employee experience
• ✅ Support research into specific topics such as labor law or HR data analysis

About you

You’re a Dutch-speaking bachelor student who enjoys helping others and working in a structured, independent way. You’re known for your eye for detail and your integrity. You communicate clearly, keep things organized and take initiative when you see something that needs doing. You quickly grasp how systems function and enjoy optimizing workflows and structures within them.

You’re available to work from our Amsterdam office two days a week, can start soon and can commit to this role until at least the end of December.
