The Role

At Netflix, the Production Solutions team is essential to providing our members with a great experience every time they press play by ensuring the highest quality of content delivery. The team plays a key role in assessing opportunities in emerging technology within the region, leading the integration of new studio technologies, processes, and tools, and providing expert support to ensure the seamless delivery of all EMEA titles.

The Production Operations Coordinator – EMEA is a key support role within the Production Solutions team, ensuring that production workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional initiatives are effectively coordinated and executed.

This role provides day-to-day coordination, administrative support, and workflow tracking to ensure smooth collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

The Production Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in tracking workflow integrations, managing key documentation, and supporting production teams as they navigate evolving operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Production Workflow Coordination & Support

• Assist in the coordination of production workflow integrations, ensuring smooth implementation across EMEA.
• Coordination of Virtual Production title-based tasks; helping to scale the support we provide our Productions, whilst streamlining internal workflows
• Track operational processes and workflow updates, ensuring teams have access to the latest guidance and best practices.
• Work closely with the Production Integrations Manager and Senior Manager, Production Operations to provide administrative and logistical support for workflow optimization initiatives.
• Support the onboarding of new operational processes, ensuring production teams have the resources and information they need.
• Assist with workflow documentation, tracking implementation progress and gathering feedback from production teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

• Facilitate communication between Production, Post, VFX, Localization, and Content Operations teams, ensuring alignment on operational updates.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support the rollout of new production workflows.
• Act as a point of contact for production teams, providing guidance on workflow-related questions and issues.
• Support coordination with vendors, studios, and external partners to ensure seamless workflow adoption and alignment with best practices.

Administrative & Process Management

• Maintain and update workflow documentation, process guides, and training materials.
• Track and manage key production operation metrics, ensuring accurate reporting on workflow efficiency and adoption.
• Assist in data gathering and analysis, providing insights into operational pain points and areas for improvement.
• Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to production workflow initiatives.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is stored and maintained for easy reference by production teams.

Training & Enablement Support

• Help organize training sessions, workflow briefings, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for production teams.
• Assist in the creation of educational materials and resources, ensuring teams have access to clear, up-to-date operational guidance.
• Gather and consolidate feedback from production teams, ensuring that workflow improvements address real-world challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

Production & Operational Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in production coordination, production management, or a related operational role within film, TV, or unscripted content. Experience and/or knowledge of Virtual Production preferred.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling, logistics, and team coordination.
• Experience in tracking and implementing operational workflows across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with cross-functional production collaboration, including Production, Post, and Content Operations.

Organizational & Administrative Skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience maintaining workflow documentation, production schedules, and process tracking systems.
• Strong administrative and project coordination skills, with the ability to support large-scale operational initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong ability to facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and communicate workflow updates effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement, ensuring production teams receive the support they need.
