As our Online Advertising Specialist, you’ll lead the charge across paid search, social, display, and video channels. From shaping strategy to fine-tuning execution, your expertise will help us make smarter, faster, and more impactful marketing decisions. You’ll analyze performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns, always adjusting the sails to catch the strongest marketing winds.

Location: Rotterdam (Hybrid – 50% in office)

Your Impact

As an Online Advertising Specialist, you will:

• Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels
• Take full ownership of performance for your assigned European market, continuously seeking ways to boost results
• Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and test innovative approaches
• Work on cross-functional improvement projects in addition to daily campaign operations
• Stay ahead of trends by testing new features, formats, and platforms
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, pricing, and e-commerce teams for optimal campaign setups
• Co-create media plans tailored to your market’s needs

Your Team

You’ll join the Marketing Channels department, home to over 20 digital specialists across various disciplines. In this role, you’ll be part of the SEA team, reporting to the SEA Team Lead, and working closely with the Advertising & Growth team.

You’ll also be embedded in a cross-functional marketteam, giving you autonomy to shape digital strategy while collaborating across departments. We value bold ideas, fast execution, and teamwork, with the support you need to grow and succeed.

What skills will bring you to the top?

You have a passion for search advertising and data analysis, paired with a strong commercial mindset. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and informal environment and know how to make data work for results

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in multi-channel campaigns, especially in Search and Display/Video and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in paid social
• Solid experience with Search Ads 360, GA4, and feed management tools (e.g., Channable) – (must-haves)
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartly, Meta Business Manager, DV360, or Campaign Manager – (nice-to-haves)
• Strong stakeholder management skills; you navigate complexity and align diverse teams
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a drive for ownership
• Excellent self-management and organizational skills
• Fluent English is a must; Dutch is a nice-to-have.
