Who are we looking for

Generally, we are looking for:

- The ‘Tony Stark mindset’ – what can YOU do with only a paperclip at hand?

- Inner drive of Nikola Tesla – work on something that has a meaning!

- Discipline of Captain America – lead by example & always deliver what you promise,

- Unhealthy affection for bikes – owning three or more bikes is a must.

- Slightly twisted sense of humour. (The line above is a joke, of course. Well, partly. :)

Technical proficiency and ability to work with AI necessary.

You should ideally be fluent in Dutch and have a working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

You will get a chance to experience the whole funnel of a unique marketplace via three key areas:

1. Content creation & moderation

- Create content – photos, videos, blog posts; fully internally & in collaboration with our partner network,

- Help with digitising of partner’s stock (photographing, data collection) all around the country

- Moderate & adjust on-platform content – blog, individual articles,

- Co-create monthly promotional campaigns, participate on content strategy creation.

2. Online community development

- Manage posting of created content,

- Facilitate social media engagement,

- Improve reach by utilizing unconventional channels (e.g. reposting in social groups, activating unconnected communities).

3. Lead nurturing

- Co-manage mailing,

- Track selected KPIs & optimize ROI from above activities,

- Get your hands dirty wherever necessary and participate in the growth culture.

The role is set up as a possible first step in onboarding onto a specialized full-time role in case of mutual interest.
