As Controller Reporting you are responsible for internal and external reporting as well as all internal control matters. In your role you manage and coach an enthusiastic & diverse team of 5 people consisting of an Assistant Controller, 2 Management Accountants, a Financial Analyst and a Manager Consolidation & Reporting.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• The timeliness and accuracy of financial information in line with the Company’s policies and applicable accounting rules including US GAAP and IFRS
• The consolidation process including further development of the use of PACCAR’s Financial Consolidation Application (BFC)
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to consolidation and reporting
• Development, monitoring and ensuring the execution of the PFE SOx Control Framework
• Support internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings
• The monthly forecasting process and the maintenance and further development of the forecast mode
• Technical accounting topics like Credit Loss Reserves, Portfolio impairments and Tax
• Development of management accounting and key performance indicators
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting systems, processes, and automation like data analytics tools and RPA
• Participation in related projects as assigned
• You will report to the Controller of PFE

Jouw profiel

• University degree at Masters level in accounting and/or business economics. A license as RA is preferred.
• You have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in financial accounting and financial reporting. Experience in the financial services sector is desirable
• You have affinity with and active knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of SOx requirements and are up to date on the latest requirements
• You have strong analytical skills combined with a high degree of accuracy.
• You are able to communicate well at all levels within the organization.
• You are capable of handling deadlines and have a hands-on mentality with a high level of accuracy and customer orientation.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Your knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing, is excellent.
