Company: HEINEKEN

Beerwulf is a fast-growing e-commerce company on a mission to revolutionize the way people discover, buy, and enjoy beer at home. From classic lagers to bold craft brews, we offer a wide and ever-evolving range of beers and draught solutions through our innovative online platform. Headquartered in Amsterdam, we combine a passion for beer with the power of data and technology to create the ultimate beer experience for our customers across Europe.

To support our continued growth and data-driven ambitions, we’re looking for a Product Manager (Medior) to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

As our new Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and shaping the future of our e-commerce offering. You will be responsible for managing the product development cycle from inception to launch. Some of the main tasks of the role can be summarized as:

  • Strategy development: Execute a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Product development: Lead and collaborate with cross functional (external) teams to develop e-commerce solutions from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure products provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Performance monitoring: Analyse product performance against key metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
  • Stakeholder management: Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external teams, effectively communicating plans and progress.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus (not a must).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Comfortable with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Self-aware and understands how their interactions impact others.
  • Passionate about the beer industry and its community
  • Fluent in English in speaking and writing

We are looking for someone who is happy to have continuous communications with external parties. Our ideal candidate would also feel comfortable working with analytics and using various technologies.

We are a team of outgoing and proactive members, so we have a relaxed but goal oriented environment. Given the dynamic of our team, we are looking for someone who would thrive if given independence and the opportunity to own their tasks from the get-go. But above all, we are looking for someone who is excited to work for the online beer retailer that is conquering Europe!

What's in it for you, let's uncork! 🍻
