Job Description

We are looking for a technical Product Owner to join our Platform team, which is at the heart of our risk management and safety SaaS solution. This team is responsible for the core platform capabilities including deployment, infrastructure, and shared services that power our multi-tenant cloud environment.

As Product Owner, you will work closely with the Product Manager to translate the platform roadmap into actionable work for the engineering team. You will be the voice of the customer and the business within the team, ensuring that we deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platform features.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the platform backlog
  • Translate high-level roadmap items into detailed user stories and technical requirements
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions
  • Ensure timely delivery of platform features that meet quality and performance standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding platform capabilities
  • Monitor platform KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5Y+ Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in a SaaS environment
  • Strong technical background, ideally with experience in:
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  • DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platform observability, monitoring, and logging tools
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies
  • Understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments
  • Experience working on or implementing B2B Products targeting large organizations
