About the Role:

Shape the supply chain of tomorrow – today. Are you passionate about planning, processes, and performance? Join our Demand & Supply Planning team and take ownership of end-to-end supply chain and inventory initiatives. In this role, you’ll ensure product availability, optimize stock levels, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.

About your Tasks:

  • Balance demand and supply to ensure optimal inventory levels and high service availability for your product portfolio.
  • Manage the daily order process using our planning tool.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve key supply chain KPIs.
  • Track and communicate the status of supply constraints and critical shortages.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial as well as with external suppliers.
  • Support and lead initiatives to optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field – or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • A fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong ownership mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in German or French is considered a plus.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
