Role purpose
As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth in this exciting sector. You will lead high-profile development programs from concept through to certification and into serial production. Your location will be at the GKN Fokker Aerospace B.V. site in Hoogeveen, The Netherlands.
The Program manager is responsible for the execution of the business case and contract in line with requirements and the agreed scope. You will lead a high-performing, cross-functional integrated program team (IPT) comprising some of the most skilled experts from across GKN Aerospace’s global network, all dedicated to delivering world-class airframe solutions.
The NPI Programme Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the IPT to execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) activities up to and including Lifecycle Gate 7 (steady state production launch), and in conjunction with Operations from Lifecycle Gate 7 and beyond. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading the Change Control Board and ensuring smooth execution of all program changes in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.

A demonstrated track record of delivering NPI programmes to customer milestones against requirements, schedule and budget. Able to lead high performing teams, navigate challenges with customers and deliver results, whilst maintaining team morale and stakeholder alignment. Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and effective communication skills, including emotional intelligence.
