What you are going to do

Brand preference & thought leadership, attracting new business, cross sell and efficient service request handling are the key objectives of our nn.nl/strategy. Underneath these pillars lie elements where we can really make a difference for NN and our B2B customers such as B2B marketing plans, landingplatforms, content marketing journeys, uniform broker leadfunnels and always-on campaigns.

You interact on several levels across the organization including senior management. You also will be working closely together with the Customer & Digital adviseur.nn.nl and MijnNNZakelijk teams: together the channels need to offer our (potential) B2B clients a future ready digital sales and service journey.

As a Product Owner Engagement & nn.nl/zakelijk you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and further detailing the vision for nn.nl/zakelijk and the way this platform interacts with adviseur.nn.nl and MijnNNZakelijk
  • Owning the overall nn.nl/zakelijk strategy and roadmap with clear choices about the problems to be solved to realize the product vision and what is really important to maximize the value
  • Developing, maintain and ensuring transparency of the product backlog
  • Managing expectations of the complex field of stakeholders including senior management of the NL BUs through negotiation and influencing
  • Defining which teams are required to execute the product strategy
  • Sponsoring and driving projects, initiatives and activities that promote the culture where teams are empowered

  • Salary between €5,765 and €8,236 (based on 36 hours per week) depending on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 38 or 40 hours per week

Who you are

You are a change agent with a positive drive to enhance processes and outcomes. You take full accountability for your actions and are a collaborative team player who enjoys interacting with professionals at all levels. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate with UX, engineers and various (senior) representatives from the Business Units. You exhibit a high level of organizational sensitivity, thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment and show entrepreneurship.

  • 5+ years experience as a marketing lead
  • Proven track record in the digital marketing field
  • Deep knowledge of the business context in which the product resides
  • Experience in developing scalable content journeys e.g. to improve lead funnels and self service
  • Experience in navigating complex environments
  • A master degree in marketing, business studies or a comparable study
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a keen sense of organizational awareness
  • Fluency in Dutch is a prerequisite for this role. Proficiency in spoken and written English, as you'll be working in an international team

Who you will work with

You'll be working within an international team consisting of several DEVOPS engineers and UX specialists. Furthermore you will be working closely together with Engineering Managers, Architects and the UX lead. Additionally you are part of the leadership team of the B2B & Broker domain and will report into the Head of B2B & Broker who will actively support you in further developing your skills and career.
