At Rituals, we’re looking for a Head of Digital & Customer Data Analytics to lead our talented team of Data Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists. This is your chance to shape how we use data to understand our customers, optimize our digital performance, and help us grow in meaningful, sustainable ways. You’ll be at the heart of decisions that touch millions of lives, and help bring a little more beauty, balance, and mindfulness into the world.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • You’ll manage and inspire a group of six data experts, analysts and engineers, building a fun, curious, and high-performing culture where everyone grows (including you).
  • You’ll work closely with teams across Digital, Marketing, Retail, Innovation, and Customer Relation, translating their questions into data-powered answers they can actually use.
  • From lifetime value to churn to campaign performance, you’ll surface insights that help us better understand our customers and create more meaningful experiences for them.
  • You’ll lead the development and optimization of AI models like “next best offer” and “customer lifetime value.” Not just smart stuff, stuff that makes a real business difference.
  • You’ll contribute to our digital & data strategy, bring in new tools and techniques, and help us stay ahead of the curve (not just keep up with it).
  • You’ll oversee the data pipelines and models that keep everything running smoothly. Quality, accessibility, and reliability will be your north stars.
  • You’ll take complex findings and turn them into simple, compelling stories that make people nod, smile, and say “Let’s do it.”
  • Power BI, GA4, Google BigQuery. you know the drill. You’ll also help us discover new platforms to make our work even sharper and faster.

Bring all of you

  • A degree in something quantitative, think Math, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science.
  • 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or something similar.
  • 3+ years leading a team (preferably if that team was a mix of Analysts and Engineers).
  • Sharp skills in SQL, Python or R, and tools like Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Google BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with data engineering and pipeline orchestration.
  • GA4 experience is a big plus!
