About The Department

In the Sales Team for our European Distributor Markets (EDM), we are responsible for our Prestige and Consumer Beauty business in over 40 countries in the EMEA region. Furthermore, we manage some of the biggest and fastest growing e-com retailers in Europe as well as some newcomers in the Beauty category. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated salespeople and together with our colleagues from the broader EDM organization we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with over 300M consumers. We do this in close collaboration with our distributor and retail partners, and we cover a wide range of different business models.

The Role

Coty is seeking a highly motivated E-commerce & Digital intern to join Coty’s E-commerce team for the Europe Distributor Markets, located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. As an intern, you will be contributing to our digital acceleration strategy, ensuring that “digital first” is brought to life with our biggest and most strategic customers. In this role, you will be part of an experienced team of Digital & Trade Marketing Managers to develop the business in line with agreed strategies and targets. You will support the Senior Digital & E-commerce Manager and Trade Marketing Managers on our major accounts, help with defining our marketing strategy, ensure perfect execution and help build strong collaboration with the customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Content - Ongoing improvement of online content and e-store fundamentals leveraging scrapping tools such as UGAM and Scrapfinder weekly.
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day e-retailer (such as Notino and Amazon - online retail platforms) tasks including assortment optimization, new launches support, and retailer media campaign materials.
  • Distributors E-commerce Acceleration – Help with driving the Distributors E-commerce acceleration with our key distributors who work with Douglas, Sephora, Marionnaud and many other e-retailers.
  • Ratings & Reviews – Campaigns management and best practices sharing.
  • E-commerce Capability - Help organize E-commerce capability events for all colleagues.
  • Monitoring – campaigns, competition & content for all customers, monthly highlights analyses.
  • Trade plans – optimizing competitive promotional planning.

In this full-time internship, you will report into the Senior Digital & E-commerce Manager who is in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

  • A first experience in digital or the beauty industry is a plus
  • As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship. For non-EU citizens, you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program

Period

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of at least 6 months and starts from September 2025. You will receive an internship allowance and travel allowance if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
