With over 500+ other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches you also contribute to one of the largest Agile Transformations in Europe. You and your job

As a Scrum Master leading at least two squads within one Area, your primary mission is to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate operational excellence.

Your role involves developing a clear understanding of how value is delivered and guiding your squad to achieve them with purpose. By fostering a culture of high engagement, you enable your squad to implement intricate initiatives with precision. You organize, participate, and contribute to Area and Tribe rituals, ensuring alignment and smooth progress. Supporting the Product Owner with backlog, roadmap, and stakeholder management, you coach your squads to continuously measure and improve their performance and impact.

Furthermore, you will contribute to our organization's transformation to become faster, more digital, and more client-focused. By coaching, consulting, and guiding teams, you will enable the success of our digital transformation, helping to develop our organization into a professional Agile organization at scale.

Some of our teams are just starting out, exploring the cutting-edge technologie of Generative AI. Others are more mature but still benefit from strong guidance to grow and evolve. In this role, you’ll:

You & your talent:

• Educational Background: University-level education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Scrum Master Certification: Certified (PSM1/PSM2/PSPO or similar) Scrum Master with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience.
• Methodologies Expertise: Experience with practices such as Azure DevOps/Jira, Power BI, Agile, Scrum.
• A demonstrated interest in and experience with AI or Generative AI is preferred.
• You have solid experience with scaled Agile (preferably Simplify@Scale or Less)
• Coaching Scrummaster / Delivirng manager/ stakeholde rmanagement to the PM.
