Join our passionate team in Veghel as a Superuser Transport Management System (TMS) and help drive smart, efficient logistics solutions for our customers. As an Application Specialist, you'll play a key part in implementing and optimizing our Transport Management System (TMS), using your expertise to design seamless workflows, solve technical challenges, and support business operations.

How you create impact

Implementation Support

• Collaborate with business teams to deliver integrated TMS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Develop functional specs, define system interfaces, and ensure workflow and configuration alignment.
• Document implementations and lead substream workstreams during rollout.
• Contribute to reusable templates and help shape system standards.

2nd Level Application Support

• Handle escalations from 1st level support and manage bug resolution with corporate teams.
• Provide 2nd level system support.
• Support system migrations between development, testing, and production environments.

Change Management

• Analyze change requests, estimate impact, and implement/test system updates.
• Ensure compatibility with the broader IT landscape.

What we would like you to bring

• A bachelor's level or equivalent in a field related to logistics.
• 2–3 full-cycle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) implementations.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proven project coordination experience across IT and business teams.
• Analytical, structured, and persistent with a curious mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills (Dutch is a plus).
• Logistics knowledge is a strong advantage.
