Train & Onboard: Design and deliver effective onboarding and training programs that set new hires up for success from day one.
Coach to Perform: Run individual and group coaching sessions focused on sales techniques, product understanding, and customer conversations.
Build Learning Content: Create playbooks, training decks, knowledge base articles, e-learning modules, and more — content that sticks and scales.
Measure What Matters: Use tools like Salesforce and Gong to track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust programs for impact.
Collaborate Cross-Team: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting to align on messaging and ensure our teams are always equipped with the latest tools and insights.
