Yellowgrape is looking for an experienced Social Advertising Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring and optimizing various Social Advertising campaigns. In addition, you are constantly exploring opportunities and staying up to date with the latest developments in the market with the aim of bringing customer performance to a higher level. What makes this role extra fun is that you interact a lot with our e-commerce customers and surprise them with your expertise and ideas.

Yellowgrape is a big colorful family of 45 colleagues, each with their own talents and a shared passion for e-commerce, growth, data and innovation. Together with our team of experts, you will work from the Amsterdam canals on challenging campaigns and projects.

• Going full throttle; setting up, monitoring and optimizing Social Advertising campaigns;
• Analyzing results and adjusting strategies to achieve targets;
• Taking responsibility for and taking responsibility for your own customer portfolio;
• Collaborate in customer teams with colleagues from various disciplines to achieve the best results together;
• Enthusiastic colleagues and coach them to the highest level in Social advertising;
• Report developments of ongoing campaigns to customers;
• Innovate, inspire and stay up to date with the latest developments in the industry;
• Using advanced tools and technologies, including Smartly, Squeezely and Blueconic, to get the most out of every campaign;
• Working on showcases with our customers so that we can deliver “award winning” work.

Zo pas jij goed in deze rol

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience with Social Advertising (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest & LinkedIn);
• Minimum HBO/WO work and thinking level;
• Work experience on the desk side is an advantage;
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Smartly & Channable;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• You are proactive, see opportunities and have a talent to convince others of your plans and ideas;
• You perform well in an informal and relaxed work environment;
• Drive to further develop yourself and the team;
• You look forward to working in an engaged team.

Fair salary and transparent terms

• You’ll receive a fair and transparent salary based on the Baarda remuneration model, aligned with your contribution;
• Amsterdam: 25 vacation days plus 8% holiday allowance;
• Berlin: 28 vacation days;

• Travel allowance and a pension scheme, depending on your location (Amsterdam or Berlin).
