Product Manager - IT Digital Workplace

The ideal candidate will be recognized within the organization as an expert with specialized depth and breadth of expertise in their discipline. This role involves optimizing the product lifecycle through data analysis, leveraging market trends (e.g. A.I.), and conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses to drive product success.

What you'll do

• Product Lifecycle Management: apply in-depth knowledge of core IT technologies and platforms to assess suitability for internal product development. Optimize the product lifecycle through data analysis, identifying inefficiencies or opportunities, and refining timelines in an agile manner.
• Data-driven decision making: leverage data on market trends and analysis to use in technology selection. Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for features, considering both quantitative and qualitative data, resulting in KPIs to measure product/feature success.
• User-centric approach: identify, balance and prioritize requirements based on user needs, business objectives, and data-driven insights.
• Innovation and experimentation: champion A/B testing and other data-driven experimentation methodologies to validate feature effectiveness. Own the product roadmap, incorporating user research, market trends, business goals, and data-driven insights to define product direction.
• Stakeholder management: embody a holistic understanding of the organization's intricacies, anticipating trends and proactively addressing evolving needs across various stakeholders. Develop and implement data security and privacy best practices within assigned products, collaborating with security and privacy teams to ensure compliance.
• Operational excellence: identify and solve complex problems, guiding others in resolving such problems within specialized areas based on existing solutions and processes. Train and mentor junior (engineering) staff, lead function teams or projects, and serve as a best practices/quality resource.
• Strategic vision: lead the development of product roadmaps, aligning strategic vision with market demands and business goals. Define a compelling vision, build strong relationships within the product and IT teams, and contribute to broader product area initiatives.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in IT product management with a strong track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of core IT technologies (e.g. A.I.) and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven experimentation methodologies.
• Understanding of data security and privacy regulations.
