Our squad specialized in omni-channel communication. We harness the data we collect to make contextual, relevant and timely decisions – what we call the “Next Best Action”. The squad works closely with business and marketing stakeholders on a wide range of projects. We use the latest technologies, at the heart of our personalization engine is PEGA CDH, our AI-powered decisioning platform. In doing so, you help strengthen the customer relationship by supporting each individual at the right moment, through the right channel, with the right message

You and your job

As a DevOps Engineer, you bring a positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for IT. You are a motivated and hands-on individual with a genuine experience and interest in PEGA Marketing/Decisioning solutions. You will be a member of an agile DevOps squad responsible for delivering end-to-end customer features for personal digital marketing.

Your involvement in the development life cycle is comprehensive, from refining user stories to monitoring in production environment. Working collaboratively is crucial in your role, as you will work closely within and across squads to ensure the quality of the features delivered.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include developing and advancing the application, ensuring scalability and future-proofing to accommodate changing business and technological needs.

• You take responsibility for your solution end-to-end, from requirements discussions to implementation and further down to go-live and to Production support if needed.
• Collaborate with business teams to define personalization use cases and customer engagement strategies
• Provide guidance on best practices for Pega AI, 1:1 Customer Engagement, and NBA Designer.
• Integrate Pega CDH with CRM systems, data platforms, and marketing tools.
• Monitor and optimize predictive models, segmentation, and real-time interaction management.
• Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

You and your talent

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with senior developing integration solutions.
• Experience in PEGA Cloud and NBA Strategy Framework.
• Experience on PRPC v8.x or Higher.
• Experience in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP.
• PEGA SSA certification is minimum. PEGA Decisioning certification is a plus.
