We're looking for an experienced Interim Senior Global Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute our content strategy during a critical growth period. This is an interim role designed for someone who can jump in, take ownership, and deliver strategic impact quickly.
This is not a role for someone just filling the content calendar. We're looking for a strategic thinker and doer, someone who understands how content drives brand, demand, and product engagement across global markets.
Your job
As Interim Senior Global Content Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the execution of our global content strategy—bringing clarity, consistency, and performance across channels and regions. You’ll collaborate with SEO, creative, product, and regional marketing teams to deliver content that connects with our audience at every stage of the journey.
You'll be expected to manage high-impact content projects, oversee distribution across key channels, and ensure that content production continues smoothly and effectively while delivering measurable value.
Key responsibilities
Execute and refine our global content strategy, aligning content plans with business priorities and audience needs.
Drive demand generation through content—ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging assets across blog, social, campaigns, and more.
Lead content distribution efforts, helping transition from gated to more accessible, audience-first content approaches.
Manage localization workflows, working with key teams to ensure content is adapted, timely, and impactful in local markets.
Optimize and repurpose existing content, helping scale efforts efficiently without compromising on quality.
Partner closely with SEO and creative teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
Track and report on content performance, using data to drive decisions and showcase content’s impact on brand and pipeline.
Oversee key content projects, such as site updates, blog strategy, and high-visibility campaigns.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring
5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or another fast-paced, digital-first environment
Proven ability to deliver strategic content programs that drive brand awareness and demand
Strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp sense for storytelling and tone of voice
Experience running multi-region content efforts, including localization
Confident managing cross-functional content projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines
Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms
Fluent English speaker (native or near-native proficiency required)
Comfortable operating independently and making strategic decisions within a limited time frame
