The Role

We are looking for a proactive Trade Marketing & Brand Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. This role combines two core areas of responsibility: Trade Marketing and Brand Management. You will take ownership of campaign execution, oversee the production of marketing materials, and coordinate digital content across our brand portfolio.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting commercial growth, and ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints from retail floors to social media feeds.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Marketing

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across multiple brands and channels.
  • Independently manage projects, from concept to delivery.
  • Coordinate production and timely distribution of marketing materials for retail and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outputs.
  • Monitor market and consumer trends to refine strategies and increase relevance.
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, optimizing as needed.

Brand Management

  • Oversee online marketing activities and content calendars for key brand channels.
  • Manage digital content creation and social media execution to ensure consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Align messaging with commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Support the development of brand campaigns and product storytelling.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Support

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, agencies, and external partners.
  • Contribute to broader portfolio and strategy discussions with the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with budget planning and financial tracking of marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trade marketing and/or brand management, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various markets.
  • Hands-on experience with offline marketing production (POS, packaging, print, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online content strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of executing with precision.
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of the product lifecycle.
